Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Sales teams to support new product launches, feature rollouts, and recurring initiatives
Bring campaigns to life through compelling web pages, bold visuals, GTM collateral, paid ads, and launch decks that capture attention and drive results
Contribute to the evolution of the Venn product experience, working closely with Product and Engineering on UI/UX design and flows
Design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that elevate core product experiences across web and mobile
Maintain and expand the design system across both product and marketing surfaces to ensure visual consistency and scalability
Partner with Growth and Marketing to design and optimize landing pages and campaign creative that drive measurable performance
Create visuals and assets for events, social media, and content distribution when needed
Balance product and marketing design work depending on priorities and timelines, moving fluidly between the two disciplines
Requirements:
4+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio that includes both product design and marketing design work
Proven ability to design landing pages, campaigns, and marketing assets that drive performance
Strong product design skills including UI, UX, and interaction design for web and mobile
Experience working on hybrid roles that span product and marketing design, with the ability to switch between them seamlessly
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Webflow, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience maintaining and evolving a design system across multiple surfaces
Comfortable working closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Sales teams
Excellent communication skills, strong visual craft, and the ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality
