The Brand & Content Designer is responsible for transforming the brand into a scalable, AI-enabled, and video-forward system — one that empowers teams to move fast while protecting consistency, quality, and strategic intent. This role goes beyond traditional design execution. It requires strong brand judgment, the ability to design for reuse and self-service, comfort with AI-driven workflows, and a modern understanding of how brands show up across digital, social, and video-led environments.
Job Responsibility:
Own the brand system: maintain the visual identity, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and create clear, usable guidelines
Accelerate design production with AI: leverage AI to create, adapt, and scale assets efficiently without compromising brand quality
Enable self-service: build templates, kits, and workflows that empower teams and reduce repetitive design requests
Lead video-led brand expression: define visual principles and create reusable video formats for marketing, social, and product content
Continuously improve the brand: review executions, identify gaps, iterate on systems, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Content teams
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in a similar position
Proven experience designing cohesive, scalable brand systems
Strong ability to design for scale, reuse, and self-service
Hands-on experience with AI-driven design workflows
Deep understanding of digital-first, social-first, and video-led environments
Comfortable influencing and collaborating across teams
