We are looking for a senior strategist who shapes brands from the inside out: what they stand for, and how they show up in the world. A strategic and creative thinker with a clear point of view, excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of culture.
Job Responsibility:
Lead brand strategy, positioning, naming, verbal identity and content activation
Translate business and cultural insights into clear, inspiring briefs
Shape narratives and define how they extend into communication and content
Develop communication platforms, editorial directions, and content principles
Work closely with designers and creatives to bring ideas to life
Ensure consistency between strategy and how the brand behaves across touchpoints
Guide clients with clarity and calm authority through strategic and creative decisions
Identify opportunities to push projects further
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in strategy, brand, or communication
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong writer, able to move between strategic clarity and expressive storytelling
Able to connect brand thinking to communication and activation
Collaborative by nature
used to working with designers, writers, and partners
Curious, proactive, and able to identify opportunities beyond the initial brief
