Job Description:

Senior Branch Premier Banker position with Wells Fargo focusing on acquiring and deepening relationships with affluent consumers and small business customers through outreach and pre-planned appointments. The role requires participating in a licensing program and transitioning to the Senior Branch Premier Banker role upon successful completion.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in the Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing program
Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers, and deepen existing relationships
Review and analyze moderately complex customer concerns for possible resolution
Escalate banking related issues or business risks
Advise customers on various aspects of recommended and available financial options and services
Maintain deep knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo's banking, credit and investment financial solutions
Identify client needs and goals for business, mortgage, retirement, and investment services
Partner with peers in Business Banking Advisory Services, Mortgage, and Wealth and Investment Management
Understand and manage risks in the business
Collect information directly from customers regarding income, assets, investments, and credit
Build relationships with branch colleagues, affluent customers, and partners
Exercise independent judgement and discretion in managing client relationships
Provide guidance to other branch employees

Requirements:

4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to work holidays and weekends
Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management culture
Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s)
FINRA Series 6 and 63 examinations, or equivalent must be completed within either a 90 or 180-day time period
For certain states, FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent) will also be required
Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements
Meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
State Insurance license(s) are required
SAFE registration at the time of employment
