Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker to proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers, deepen existing relationships, and advise customers on financial options and services. This role requires maintaining knowledge of Wells Fargo's banking, credit, and investment solutions while managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers
  • Deepen existing relationships through outreach and pre-planned appointments
  • Review and analyze moderately complex customer concerns for resolution
  • Escalate banking related issues or business risks
  • Advise customers on financial options and services
  • Maintain knowledge of Wells Fargo’s banking, credit, and investment solutions
  • Identify client needs and partner with peers to best meet financial goals
  • Manage risks by adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Build relationships with branch colleagues and affluent customers
  • Provide advice on banking services during regular meetings
  • Be an active member of the branch team
  • Provide guidance to other branch employees

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams or recognized FINRA equivalents
  • State Insurance license(s)
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services consumer lending products
  • Knowledge of the book of business processes
  • Ability to educate customers on digital banking options
  • State-specific licensing requirements such as FINRA Series 65 depending on the state of employment

Nice to have:

  • Experience recommending financial services products and services
  • Financial services industry experience in corporate, consumer, mortgage, investments, brokerage, or private banking
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
