Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee for National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position that requires completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program as a pre-requisite to transition into a manager role based on branch vacancy.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect reports
Create a culture that fosters engagement and accountability
Lead customer engagement process and coach behaviors for enhanced customer experience
Drive growth in the business while ensuring operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for the branch
Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience
Identify opportunities for making banking easier through digital education
Engage stakeholders and build strong partnerships
Mentor and guide talent development
Assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customer segments
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships
Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to connect customers to technology
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience

Nice to have:

Experience with military protocol and instructions
Experience in personnel benefits management
Experience processing military personnel orders or transitions
Wartime readiness operations experience
