Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo's Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position that requires completion of Branch Manager Readiness program for transition into manager role. Responsible for leading teams, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and compliance with banking regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and develop a diverse team
Create culture that fosters engagement and accountability
Lead customer engagement process and coach behaviors
Drive growth in business while ensuring operational excellence
Execute policies and procedures in alignment with regulations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Resolve customer and employee experience issues
Identify opportunities for digital banking adoption
Engage stakeholders and build partnerships
Mentor and guide talent development

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
SAFE registration at time of employment
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during first 6 months
No Visa sponsorship eligibility
