We are seeking a highly technical BPA leader with proven commercial acumen for a Head Of role within a major BPA player.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead on multiple BPA commercial workstreams, including asset structuring and reinsurance
  • Lead the expansion of the team across 2026 and beyond

Requirements:

  • Deep technical BPA skills
  • Understanding of Solvency UK, IFRS17, and the insurance balance sheet
  • Superb stakeholder- and team-management skills
  • Proven commercial acumen
