Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
  • Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with manager
  • Partner with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities
  • Engage with peers and District Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge
  • Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate
  • Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion
  • Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance for selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
  • Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
  • Seek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customers
  • Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs to drive own development

Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree
  • Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job
  • Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English in both oral and written communication
  • Relevant local legal qualification
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Hold self-accountable for achieving established goals
  • Demonstrate time management skills in terms of prioritizing activities and completing work in a timely manner
