Job Responsibility
Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree to course corrections with manager
Partner with Cluster/Territory Teams and collaborate (Medical Affairs/Key Account Manager, etc.)to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities
Engage with peers and District Manager to learn standard methodologies
Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate
Identify and capture competitive information
Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion
Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up-to-date
Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance 4 selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
Seek inputs and assistance to coordinate activities
Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs and drive self-development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job
Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
Proficiency in English in both oral and written communication
Relevant local legal qualification
Nice to have
Experience in Kuwait market
Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles
Exposure to interactions with various subject areas and organizational levels
Exposure to project management principles
