Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior BIM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design, coordination, and execution of data centre infrastructure projects across the APAC region. You will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) using AutoCAD and other industry-standard tools, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the creation and management of BIM 3D models for complex data centre installations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP designs
  • Use AutoCAD and Revit to produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings and documentation
  • Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements and international standards
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools
  • Support project managers with technical input and design coordination
  • Maintain version control and documentation of BIM files throughout the project lifecycle
  • Produce working drawings for the site teams to install
  • Train and mentor junior BIM engineers and technicians
  • Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties
  • Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company and group policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM engineering, preferably in data centre or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English
  • Bahasa Indonesia essential
  • Certified in advanced CAD/CAM tools and methodologies
  • Excellent understanding of engineering principles
