Adler & Allan is continuing its ambitious growth journey, and we're looking for an exceptional Senior Bid Manager to play a pivotal role in securing high-value, strategically important contracts. This is a key leadership position within our bid function-driving bid strategy, shaping compelling proposals, and elevating the quality and competitiveness of our submissions. As Senior Bid Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of complex, multi-stakeholder bids, ensuring every submission is customer-focused, compliant, and commercially robust. You'll work closely with teams across the business-sales, operations, commercial, and technical-to develop winning solutions and deliver high-quality tender responses. You'll act as the strategic lead for major opportunities, influencing stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and ensuring our proposals clearly articulate the value of Adler & Allan's capabilities. You will also support the ongoing development of the bid function, helping to improve processes, adopt new technologies, and increase overall win rates.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end management of major bids, from qualification to submission and post-tender clarification
Develop winning bid strategies, value propositions, and customer-aligned themes
Facilitate kick-off, solution development, and review sessions across internal teams
Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure competitive, customer-centric solutions
Review and refine bid content to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency
Collaborate with Account Managers, SMEs, commercial teams, and operational leaders
Support continuous improvement and adoption of new bid technologies, including RFP automation
Produce compliant, differentiated proposals that leverage Group capabilities
Manage risk registers, action logs, and compliance checks throughout the tender process
