Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Bid Consultant to join our national Marketing & Pursuits team. This is a key role responsible for leading the end-to-end pursuit process on strategic opportunities across the business, from qualification and bid strategy through to submission delivery. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and technical specialists to develop compelling, high-quality submissions that position TSA Riley strongly in competitive markets. You’ll bring a strategic lens to pursuits, helping shape win themes, executive summaries and bid strategies, while also facilitating workshops and driving best-practice pursuit processes nationally. This role can be based remotely or locally partnering with our South Australian, Western Australian and Northern Territory offices.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading strategic pursuits and managing end-to-end bid delivery
  • Developing compelling proposal content aligned to client needs and TSA Riley’s value proposition
  • Facilitating bid workshops and contributing to pursuit strategy development
  • Driving quality assurance and ensuring submissions meet brand and compliance requirements
  • Supporting Go/No-Go processes and contributing commercial insight into opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with technical teams and business leaders nationally
  • Sharing best practice and contributing to continuous improvement across the Marketing & Pursuits function
  • Supporting account management planning and broader business development initiatives

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years’ experience in pursuits, bids or proposal management within property, infrastructure, professional services or related sectors, essential
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full bid lifecycle, including qualification, planning, writing, coordination and submission delivery
  • Demonstrated strong bid writing capability, including development of executive summaries, win themes and strategic messaging
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, compliant submissions
  • A proactive and commercially focused mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong capability in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce polished, professional documents
  • Pursuits or bids training/accreditation will be highly regarded
  • Possess a degree qualification, underpinning knowledge and skills
