Job Description:

Finance, Markets and Credit Risk Technology, enables Citi to achieve its day-to-day and long-term growth goals, enabling execution of Citi’s Strategy by providing services, technical solutions, and infrastructure across the bank. These solutions enable Citi to comply with regulatory mandates and empower our businesses to achieve their goals, both current and long-term. In Finance, Market and Credit Risk Technology (FMCRT) we’re pushing the limits of technology. Our products and initiatives adhere to Citi’s strategic architecture principles and support the end-to-end integration of multiple global functions within the bank including Finance, Risk, and Controllers.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain complex and interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide deep business insights
Integrate and manage data from multiple sources to create comprehensive and reliable reports
Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business requirements and translate complex data into actionable insights
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for performance, scalability, and user experience
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Tableau reports, dashboards, and data sources
Establish and enforce best practices in data visualization and dashboard design
Mentor junior developers and provide training and support to end-users on advanced Tableau functionalities and best practices
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Tableau and data visualization technologies, and implement innovative solutions to improve business processes
Adding users to the server, assign permissions to users and user management
Creating a project folder and managing workbooks
Migrating workbooks from lower environments to higher environments
Data source creation at the server
Excellent understanding of Active Directory

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
8+ years of hands-on experience on Tableau or Equivalent Analytics technology
Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
Strong SQL skills and extensive experience with data querying and manipulation
Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling
Familiarity with other data visualization tools is a plus
Proficiency on any scripting language will be preferred
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time
Tableau certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Server Certified Associate) are highly desirable

Nice to have:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
