We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be a key driver in our Business Intelligence (BI) function. In this standalone role within our analytics unit, you will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across departments—turning data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and optimize performance.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to explore use cases, uncover opportunities, and provide recommendations
Lead analysis initiatives to identify trends, gaps, and growth areas—supporting business expansion and strategic planning
Design and build optimized data models and visualizations in Tableau that empower teams to make informed decisions
Utilize the latest Tableau Cloud and Salesforce capabilities, including Tableau Next, to deliver and explore AI-powered, real-time insights
Drive initiatives to further enable BI at Emplifi through AI
Translate business requirements into clear data solutions and ensure high-quality execution across dashboards and reports
Own project management responsibilities, including communication, timelines, and expectation-setting
Provide data consultancy and training to non-technical stakeholders, enhancing data literacy across the organization
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI reporting, or related fields
Proven expertise in SQL and a strong understanding of relational databases
Hands-on experience building complex dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools)
Ability to navigate ambiguity, quickly understand business needs, and translate them into data solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders
Proactive, self-driven mindset with a consultancy approach to internal partnerships
Demonstrated curiosity and experience in leveraging AI to improve efficiency and/or scale analytics
Experience with agile methodologies
Fluency in English, and experience working in global/multicultural environments
