• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles
• advanced SQL skills for efficiently querying and manipulating large datasets housed in cloud data warehouses
• strong experience building KPI dashboards and self-serve reports using industry-standard BI tools (Power Bi, Tableau, or Holistics)
• solid understanding of key business fundamentals and how metrics and data requirements differ across departments
• proven ability to interpret and translate analytical results into clear insights and actionable recommendations that drive business decisions
• work with cross functional team to gather, define, and prioritize reporting and analytics needs
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills when interacting with both technical and non-technical teams
• design and develop robust, scalable dashboards and reports that serve as single sources of truth
• own and maintain core KPI definitions, ensuring consistency across teams and tools
• write complex SQL queries to transform and extract data from the data warehouse
• identify patterns, opportunities, and anomalies in data, and translate them into business recommendations
• document metric logic, dashboard usage guidelines, and underlying assumptions
• design data mart model layers that serve the purpose of different use cases
• 5 years experience
• skills in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Holistics, AWS, Azure, GCP, dbt
• diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
