LogicMonitor is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to administer and optimize our U.S. benefits and leave programs, while supporting global initiatives within the broader Total Rewards team. With a focus on employee engagement, retention, and compliance, you’ll contribute directly to strengthening LogicMonitor’s total rewards strategy in alignment with departmental goals and the company’s V2M2 vision.
Job Responsibility:
Manage LogicMonitor’s U.S. benefits program and support global benefits initiatives in partnership with regional stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support
Partner with external benefits brokers and act as a liaison between brokers, the HR Ops team, and benefits carriers
Identify and recommend operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities across all benefit-related programs
Provide ongoing research and benchmarking to keep benefits programs competitive and aligned with market trends
Lead U.S. Open Enrollment, including planning, strategy, messaging, system configuration, materials creation, and delivery of employee presentations
Manage LogicMonitor’s leave of absence programs, ensuring legal compliance with state, federal, and international labor laws
Manage all benefits compliance requirements, including mandatory postings, 5500 filings, ACA reporting, PCORI fees, and other regulatory filings
Partner with payroll on mandatory government ACA reporting
Partner with payroll and the 401(k) broker to educate employees on retirement planning and financial wellness
Lead employee and manager education on LogicMonitor’s Total Rewards package, promoting a clear understanding of available benefits
Serve as the Workday expert, providing guidance and support to employees on benefits and absences
Generate reports for billing allocations, benefit reconciliations, and other ad hoc needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
equivalent experience in Human Resources or Benefits Administration will be considered
4+ years of experience in employee benefits administration—including wellness, leave, and retirement programs—with a primary focus on U.S. benefits
exposure to global benefits is a plus
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors in a fast-paced HR environment
Metrics- and results-driven, with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
comfortable engaging with employees at all levels of the organization
Workday experience preferred
Ability to manage detailed tasks while effectively prioritizing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Extensive understanding of benefits regulations, including FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and IRS retirement plan limits
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, drive innovation, or support problem-solving
Nice to have:
