Job Description

We’re looking for a data-savvy expert to help design and implement a new behavioral analytics approach across our ecosystem. You’ll be part of a cross-functional initiative focused on improving user understanding and helping to translate insights into actionable strategies for personalization, audience activation, and reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Explore and analyze large-scale behavioral data to uncover meaningful patterns
  • Translate business needs into data questions, and data patterns into clear recommendations
  • Help prioritize what matters most from a marketing and activation perspective
  • Collaborate with global teams and vendors to shape data use cases and frameworks
  • Support communication between business stakeholders and CDP / MA teams by defining priorities and clarifying technical feasibility
  • Support initiatives related to digital event log consolidation, feature snapshot creation, and predictive behavioral modeling

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, behavioral analytics, CRM analytics, or consumer journey analysis
  • Strong Python expertise with the ability to design, structure, and maintain advanced behavioral analyses and analytical frameworks
  • Strong SQL skills and proven experience working with complex customer datasets, including missing, fragmented, or imperfect data
  • Strong statistical knowledge, with hands‑on application to: experimentation and A/B testing
