Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Canary Wharf and Soho alongside our award-winning bar concept, SOMA. The group is looking to grow further in London and internationally. Our newest location, in the heart of Shoreditch, is a 120-cover restaurant and bar, housed in a restored Victorian dispensary. It’s an evolution of the Kricket brand, featuring our first all-day café and bar concept alongside our signature restaurant experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Run the bar with ease and confidence
  • Maintain Kricket standards for all things beverage
  • Enhance the guest's experience by bringing prior knowledge, personality, and bundles of energy
  • Support the Bar manager and wider front-of-house and management team by carrying out daily tasks and duties.

Requirements:

  • Prior bar experience with a good knowledge of classic cocktails, beers and wine
  • Great communicator who can work with and lead a team, manage multiple tasks and tickets prioritising accordingly
  • Strong attention to detail- being able to direct and give constructive feedback to the bar team
  • Naturally hospitable- anticipating guest needs and making everyone feel looked after
  • A team player who supports the restaurant team to ensure smooth service from the moment guests arrive
  • Someone who believes in 'Service with Soul.'
