Our platform helps partners manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success. The C&E team sits at the core of how studios understand and connect with their customers. It ingests, processes, and activates large volumes of customer events across B2B and B2C products; powering personalization, segmentation, lifecycle messaging, and community-driven growth.

Job Responsibility:

Senior Backend Engineer on the C&E team
Take technical ownership of backend systems that power our C&E initiatives
Designing and evolving customer data pipelines that ingest events at scale and make them available in near real time
Building and maintaining robust data models and APIs that enable segmentation, targeting, and personalized experiences
Improving stability, scalability, and observability of high-throughput systems used across multiple product verticals
Refactoring and extending parts of our modular monolith, enabling teams to move faster without sacrificing clarity or ownership
Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and other Engineering teams to turn customer insight into reliable platform capabilities

Requirements:

Designed and owned backend systems used by multiple teams or products
Worked in a SaaS or product-led environment at meaningful scale
Comfortable making architectural decisions and explaining trade-offs
Enjoy improving existing systems as much as building new ones
Communicate clearly in English and collaborate well across disciplines
