You’ll take technical ownership of one of our product verticals, working on a platform used by over 10 million users in more than 30 countries. This role goes beyond delivering features, it’s about driving architecture, leading large-scale projects, and helping to grow and mature.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the design of microservices and event-driven architectures that handle high-volume data and ensure a balance between immediate product requirements, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability
Share knowledge and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation
Work closely with Data, Product, and DevOps teams to deploy and maintain cutting-edge solutions and align technical strategy with business goals, ensuring each release adds measurable value
Continuously monitoring and improving the performance of backend services using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and Sentry
Participate in our cross-team Backend & DevOps “squad,” providing innovative solutions and improvements to our stack (Grafana, Kibana, PostgreSQL, AWS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Django, Django Rest Framework), advocating for best practices in observability, monitoring, and alerting to ensure systems run at peak efficiency

Requirements:

You’ve designed and owned backend systems used by multiple teams or products
You’ve worked in a SaaS or product-led environment at meaningful scale
You’re comfortable making architectural decisions and explaining trade-offs
You enjoy improving existing systems as much as building new ones
You communicate clearly in English and collaborate well across disciplines
