Job Responsibility:

  • Technical Ownership: Design and develop high-performance, low-latency backend services using modern Java (21/25)
  • Architectural Influence: Contribute to solution design, proposing modern patterns and tools to optimize time-to-market
  • Leadership: Act as a technical mentor for junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collective responsibility
  • Innovation: Build and maintain internal libraries and boilerplates that define our team’s technical standards

Requirements:

  • Java Mastery: 5+ years of experience, with a deep dive into Java 17/21 and the Spring Ecosystem (Boot, Cloud, Security, Data)
  • Solid understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux), Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (Streams, Schema Registry) and a mix of SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm)
  • Strong advocate for Clean Code, SOLID principles, and system observability
  • Mandatory higher education (technical university studies)

  • Knowledge / working experience with TMF framework can be an advantage
