+8 years in quota-carrying B2C sales roles
+5 years specifically in student recruitment, bootcamps, professional education, or similar high-consideration consumer services
Proven experience closing adult learners in the Czech market or a very comparable European market
A clear, demonstrable track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
Comfort operating independently with minimal supervision
You understand how Czech buyers think about risk, value, credibility, and timing
You sell outcomes and transformation, not discounts
You are strong on objection handling and mentally resilient in high-pressure sales environments

Job Responsibility

You will own the full enrolment cycle from first contact to payment and cohort start
You will work inbound, outbound, cold, semi-cold, recycled, and self-generated leads
You will drive urgency, control next steps, and close decisively while staying ethical and compliant
You will handle objections around price, timing, credibility, and comparison shopping every single day
You will not wait for people to decide in their own time
You will guide decisions, challenge hesitation, and move deals forward
You will work closely with Marketing but you will not depend on Marketing to close for you
CRM accuracy, follow-up discipline, and forecasting are part of how you sell, not admin tasks done after the fact
