We are working with a growing, internationally connected ingredients business to appoint a Senior B2B Sales Executive. This is a hands-on commercial role offering the opportunity to build and grow a key sales area, gain exposure to international markets and a diverse product range, and shape your own approach within a collaborative, high-growth environment. The Opportunity You will take ownership of key accounts and new business development, working closely with commercial and technical teams to drive revenue and expand market presence. Job Responsibility
Drive sales growth across B2B customers within the ingredients sector
Build and grow new business opportunities across target markets
Manage and develop key client relationships
Work cross-functionally with technical, supply chain and commercial teams
Identify and deliver opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion
Represent the business at client meetings, trade shows and industry events
Requirements
Have experience in B2B sales, ideally within ingredients, chemicals or a related sector
Bring a strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth
Enjoy both new business development and account management
Are comfortable working independently and travelling to meet clients
Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
Must have full UK working rights
