We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded B2B Marketing Manager to significantly contribute to our brand and business growth, particularly within North America. This role offers a dynamic blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, focusing on developing and managing global campaigns and initiatives that generate leads across all markets. A key aspect of this position will be driving local market activation, with a balanced focus on the US market and supporting broader global marketing efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of global marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth
Create and produce scalable B2B marketing and sales enablement materials (e.g., case studies, product sheets, presentations, webinars) for use by sales and marketing teams worldwide
Collaborate with our sales teams in various markets to adapt global campaigns for local needs, ensuring consistency and alignment across our brand
Serve as a key member of the global B2B marketing team, utilizing market insights and data to contribute to strategic decision-making
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all local and regional events, while providing strategic support and on-site assistance for key global trade shows and activations
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance and use insights to optimize future activities
Requirements:
6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or a global marketing role
Strong understanding of sales processes and how marketing can drive measurable business outcomes
Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and how marketing drives key metrics like MQLs and SQLs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both centrally and locally
Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting
Proven experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage insights to optimize campaign performance
Nice to have:
Hands-on event marketing experience is a plus
Experience of CRM tools like MCAE, Hubspot and Marketo is beneficial
