Job Responsibility:

Administer and maintain the Azure environment, ensuring its optimization and security
Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online
Develop and maintain scripts and automation processes using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Logic Apps to optimize workflows
Act as a senior technical reference in migration, modernization, and integration projects within Microsoft environments
Ensure compliance with security standards, privacy regulations (such as GDPR), and audit requirements

Requirements:

10+ years of solid experience in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID includes identity management, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, MFA
Advanced troubleshooting skills in Exchange Online along with knowledge of its security and compliance features
Strong knowledge in managing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online including security and governance aspects
Proficient in scripting and automating processes using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Logic Apps
Robust knowledge of cloud security practices, including Zero Trust and monitoring frameworks
Track record of successfully managing migration projects from on-premises systems to M365/Azure
Excellent communication skills and can effectively articulate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in technical English at least at the B2 level
