Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Adaptive AUTOSAR to work closely with automotive OEMs and integrate middleware with sensor firmware. You will be responsible for implementing software components, debugging integration issues, and ensuring the system meets automotive security and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement Adaptive AUTOSAR software components (SWCs) and support integration with the middleware stack
  • Work directly with OEM software teams to align interface definitions, resolve integration challenges, and ensure system-level interoperability
  • Configure and integrate AUTOSAR Foundation Components (Execution Manager, Diagnostic Manager, Platform Health Management, Persistency, and DLT…)
  • Implement secure communication protocols such as SOME/IP, SecOC, and DoIP in compliance with ISO/SAE 21434
  • Contribute to functional safety activities such as software FMEA and diagnostics validation
  • Support hardware bring-up, bootloader integration, and RTOS-level testing for embedded systems on multi-core ARM platforms
  • Participate in the full software lifecycle—requirements definition, design documentation, test planning, implementation, and peer review

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in embedded C++ development for automotive or real-time systems
  • Strong understanding of Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture and middleware integration
  • Experience developing software for Embedded Linux/QNX on ARM-based SoCs
  • Familiarity with secure boot, key management, and in-vehicle communication security (SecOC, E2E)
  • Knowledge of RTOS, Ethernet, and hardware abstraction layers
  • Understanding of safety concepts (ISO 26262) and experience supporting safety or compliance documentation
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in cross-functional, OEM-collaborative environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
