Strategic Quality Engineering: Implementing 'shift-left' practices, risk-based testing strategies, and robust test data management. CI/CD & DevOps: Integrating automated quality gates into GitHub Actions/Jenkins to provide fast feedback and reliable release signals. Global Leadership: Coaching distributed teams across KL, and western countries on automation best practices and code standards.
