We're looking for a Senior Automation Manager where you'll lead a team of Product Owners to drive the development and implementation of automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality in our ticketing and fulfillment processes. This vacancy can be located at any of our headquarters within the market locations.
Job Responsibility:
develop and own the end-to-end automation strategy for Ticketing and Servicing
lead a team of Senior Product Owners and Product Owners
identify automation opportunities by analyzing current workflows
formulate standardization and automation requirements for key systems including Air Quest, TF-Suite, Air Cruiser, Iris Plus, and Midoco
collaborate with IT teams as business liaison
develop compelling business cases for automation investments
Requirements:
proven experience in process automation, preferably in a complex operational environment like aviation or travel
experience managing teams in a technical environment
understanding of GDS systems and airline processes
experience working with systems such as Air Quest, TF-Suite, or similar platforms
background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
knowledge of API integration and system architecture
project management skills with a focus on technology implementation
