Job Description:

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building reliable automation solutions across APIs, real-time systems, and blockchain-related workflows. You will work on complex, evolving systems where autonomy, technical curiosity, and a strong problem-solving mindset are essential. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who is comfortable operating independently, proactively identifying issues, and delivering practical, scalable solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and maintain robust automation solutions for testing, monitoring, and operational workflows across web, API, and backend systems
Build and maintain automation frameworks and tooling with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and low maintenance overhead
Develop automated checks and integrations for REST APIs and WebSocket-based systems, including real-time and event-driven workflows
Work with blockchain-related systems and data flows, validating correctness, consistency, and edge cases across different networks and protocols
Perform automation-related web scraping and data extraction where required, ensuring stability and compliance with technical constraints
Proactively identify system weaknesses, gaps in coverage, and potential failure points
propose and implement effective technical solutions independently
Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure automation is well-integrated into CI/CD pipelines and development processes
Review and improve existing automation codebases, ensuring adherence to best practices, clean architecture, and maintainable design
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards, tooling, and automation strategies across the team
Stay up to date with new technologies, tools, and approaches in automation, blockchain infrastructure, and backend systems

Requirements:

Any technical education background (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience)
Strong ability to read and write production-quality code in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and hands-on experience working with WebSockets
Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain systems, including: UTXO-based blockchains (e.g. Bitcoin, Litecoin)
Account-based/EVM-compatible chains
Non-EVM chains (e.g. Solana, Dogecoin, XRP or similar)
Experience or strong practical skills in web scraping / automated data extraction
High level of independence and ownership: ability to identify problems, investigate root causes, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision
Open-minded, adaptable approach to problem-solving, with readiness to work in evolving and sometimes ambiguous technical environments
Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to debugging and automation design
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical findings and decisions
