This role is for a Senior Auditor to join the internal audit team. The team helps put home ownership within reach of more people. The role involves leading audits, coaching others, and working across various business areas on a 12-month fixed term basis.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and deliver audits through the full lifecycle from planning to reporting
Provide coaching and support to other auditors in the team
Manage time effectively and prioritise multiple demands
Work across the Society and broaden skills by working with many different business areas
Requirements:
Breadth of experience in Internal Audit
Advanced auditing skills across a variety of audit types, including use of data analytics
Ability to lead individual audit assignments, and manage and prioritise own workload
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Stakeholder management
Experience of working in a Financial Services setting (preferred)
