Job Description:

Citi's Internal Audit (IA) division in Warsaw includes over 100 employees and provides independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management and internal control environment for key stakeholders globally. The role will focus on assurance activities covering the full spectrum of Technology Infrastructure in the Citi Service Center, including Third Party Management, Public Cloud, Databases, Software License Management, Network and Platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Perform moderately complex, end-to-end technology infrastructure audits including drafting high quality audit documentation, presenting issues to the stakeholders, and discussing practical cross-functional solutions
Deliver on-time Internal Audit and Regulatory issue validation, as well as business monitoring reporting
Use your excellent communication skills in order to influence a wide range of internal audiences including respective product, function executive management partners
Apply understanding of internal audit standards and policies, to provide timely audit assurance
Contribute to the improvement of audit processes.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the domain of technology infrastructure
Experience with auditing processes or Platforms preferred but not required
Strong risk management mindset
Impeccable verbal and written communication and influencing skills, and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Ability to work independently with demonstrated experience in projects according to strict timetables and quality standards
Ability to deep dive into a new subject matter quickly and with curiosity
Fluent English
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.

Nice to have:

Experience with auditing processes or Platforms
Master's degree preferred.
