Job Description:

This role provides administrative structure and support for Banamex Internal Audit organization. Responsibilities include overseeing risk-based auditing, reporting methodologies, organizational design, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, independent assurance reports aligned with Citigroup and Citibank objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Use excellent communication and strong management skills to influence internal and external audiences
Co-ordinate entity structure development, risk assessment, and planning across Banamex audit team
Support the stat reporting of plan status across Banamex and identify execution barriers
Produce and assess inputs as part of the new Risk Governance Framework (RGF)
Maintain the audit plan and prepare all relevant materials
Support Banamex Chief Auditor and Directors in engagement forums
Maintain accurate schedules in the scheduling tool and manage staffing needs
Co-ordinate recruitment and development of talent across Banamex teams
Execute and track the delivery of high-quality regulatory and internal audit issue validation.

Requirements:

Advanced level experience in a related role with extensive experience in business, functional, and people management
Specific subject matter expertise regarding Consumer / Corporate Banking, Insurance, Annuities, Pension Fund, and Regulatory Compliance
Indispensable experiencia en Auditoría en Banco, Afores y Seguros
Indispensable manejo de inglés avanzado (speaking, reading, writing)
Manejo de regulaciones para Banco, Afores y Seguros
Manejo y liderazgo de equipos
Exposure, presentación y seguimiento con Alta Dirección
Skills de Comunicación, negociación, resolución de problemas, liderazgo, analítico, atención al detalle.
