Job Responsibility:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven campaigns for Autohero and Wirkaufendeinauto.de across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels, including Streaming platforms and YouTube
Develop and implement cutting-edge measurement and attribution frameworks to maximize the effectiveness of both offline and online marketing initiatives
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance by integrating KPIs with core business data, identifying strategic growth opportunities using advanced analytics tools
Oversee strategic budget management and allocation across channels to ensure efficient customer acquisition and sustainable brand growth
Build and present compelling, data-backed business cases for brand initiatives, while cultivating strong relationships with media partners and stakeholders
Lead negotiations for TV pricing and manage high-level relationships with agencies to ensure optimal value and successful campaign delivery
Collaborate with creative and production teams, utilizing data-driven insights to inspire innovative and impactful campaign concepts
Identify, evaluate, and scale new offline and online channels to drive continuous growth and competitive advantage for both brands
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in managing and scaling complex online and offline marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment
Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven approach, with proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or BigQuery as a strong advantage
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a keen attention to detail and a structured mindset for managing multiple high-stakes projects and campaigns
Extensive experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships at a senior level
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
fluency in English is essential
Expertise in programmatic media buying and shaping creative strategy and direction is highly desirable
Fluency in an additional European language—especially German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese—is a significant asset
