Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Assurance Associate to join our client's team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will collaborate with clients across diverse industries, focusing on audits, reviews, and compilations. Job Responsibility:

Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements for a variety of industries
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives
Apply advanced accounting principles to address complex client challenges
Supervise and mentor a team of 1-3 staff members during engagements
Build strong relationships with clients, including direct interaction with business owners
Ensure compliance with standards and firm policies during engagements
Contribute to the development of strategic plans for clients
Maintain the firm's culture of collaboration and excellence while working with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
2-5 years of experience in public accounting, including audits, reviews, and compilations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Previous experience with accounting software such as Thomson Reuters Engagement Manager is preferred
Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with assurance services and public accounting practices
