Job Description:

A leading international law firm based in Central London is seeking a Senior Associate to join their top-ranked property team, focusing on advising high-profile transactions and managing complex commercial property workloads. This position requires strong leadership, mentoring capabilities, and client-facing expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • manage a busy and varied workload, including the day-to-day running of commercial property matters and taking a leading role in complex investment and development transactions
  • advise clients on structuring joint ventures, managing risk and delivering commercially sound solutions
  • mentor junior team members
  • contribute to internal training
  • support knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • focus on business development and collaboration across offices and practice groups

Requirements:

  • UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
  • strong background in commercial property, including development or investment work
  • experience in corporate structuring, co-investments or joint ventures
  • excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  • comfortable advising institutional and developer clients directly
  • committed team player with leadership and mentoring experience
