Job Description:

A leading international law firm based in Central London is seeking a Senior Associate to join their top-ranked property team, focusing on advising high-profile transactions and managing complex commercial property workloads. This position requires strong leadership, mentoring capabilities, and client-facing expertise.

Job Responsibility:

manage a busy and varied workload, including the day-to-day running of commercial property matters and taking a leading role in complex investment and development transactions
advise clients on structuring joint ventures, managing risk and delivering commercially sound solutions
mentor junior team members
contribute to internal training
support knowledge-sharing initiatives
focus on business development and collaboration across offices and practice groups

Requirements:

UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
strong background in commercial property, including development or investment work
experience in corporate structuring, co-investments or joint ventures
excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
comfortable advising institutional and developer clients directly
committed team player with leadership and mentoring experience
