Job Description:

Are you currently in public accounting and ready for something more engaging and deal-driven? This is an opportunity to step into M&A and financial due diligence, where your work directly supports investment decisions and live transactions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze financials of companies being acquired, including quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow
  • Build and improve financial models (M&A training provided if needed)
  • Prepare clear, client-ready reports and presentations
  • Partner with senior team members and clients throughout active deals
  • Gain exposure to the full M&A process, from diligence through close

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of public accounting experience (audit, advisory, or transaction services)
  • CPA or in progress
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Interest in M&A, private equity, or transaction advisory
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
