Job Description:

This is a boutique private equity firm under a strong umbrella, focusing on the investment in the consumer sector. They invest in cooperation with enterprises related to consumption growth and improvement of consumption of the market, providing capital appreciation to invested enterprises. They have a mission to grow together with the enterprises for a long-term period. Currently, based on the market is recovering bit by bit, they are looking for new talent to join their investment team.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct in-depth research on consumer industry dynamics, trends, market size, competition landscape, etc., and write high-quality industry research reports to provide data support and forward-looking insights for investment decisions
Discover consumer industry projects with investment potential, conduct preliminary screening and evaluation of projects, and determine projects that meet investment standards
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on proposed investment projects, including but not limited to analysis of business models, market prospects, financial status, management teams, etc.
Construct financial models, conduct valuation and return analysis, and evaluate the investment value and risks of projects
Participate in project negotiations, assist in designing transaction structures, draft and review legal documents such as investment agreements
Promote the delivery and implementation of investment projects to ensure the smooth progress of the investment process
Communicate regularly with invested companies, understand their operating conditions, financial status and development strategies, etc., and write post-investment management reports
Provide value-added services to invested companies, such as advice and support in strategic planning, market expansion, resource integration, financial management, etc., to help invested companies increase their value
Monitor the risks of investment projects, discover and solve problems in a timely manner, and formulate countermeasures to ensure the safety and profitability of investment projects
Assist invested companies in subsequent financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, listing and other capital operations to achieve investment exit and value maximization
Formulate reasonable investment exit plans, such as equity transfer, M&A exit, listing exit, etc., and be responsible for specific exit operations to achieve investment returns
Maintain good communication and collaboration with the investment team, industry experts, intermediaries, etc., to jointly promote the progress of investment projects
Participate in the internal discussions and decisions of the investment team, share industry insights and investment experience, and provide support for the development of the team
Establish and maintain good relationships with enterprises, entrepreneurs, industry associations, government departments, etc. in the consumer industry
Expand project resources and network resources
Pay attention to changes in industry policies and regulations, and provide policy guidance and risk warnings for investment decisions.

Requirements:

Educational background: Bachelor degree or above from well-known domestic and foreign universities, finance, economics, accounting, management, marketing and other related professional backgrounds
Work experience: more than 5 years of relevant work experience in PE/VC investment institutions, investment banks, securities firms, funds, etc., familiar with consumer industry investments, and those with successful investment project cases are preferred
those with rich project resources and network resources can relax the work experience requirements appropriately
Have in-depth understanding and insights of the consumer industry, be familiar with various subdivisions of the consumer industry, such as food and beverage, healthcare, sports and outdoor retail products, etc.
