Job Description:

A prestigious international law firm based in London is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its Property team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled property solicitor to take on a high-profile role within a collaborative, client-focused environment. The Senior Associate will be involved in a range of complex and high-value commercial property matters, advising some of the world’s leading organisations.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a broad caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and asset management
Supervising junior team members
Contributing to business development
Working closely with partners on strategic initiatives
Leading negotiations
Liaising with stakeholders across different sectors
Maintaining the firm’s high standards of service and professionalism

Requirements:

UK qualified with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
Previous experience at a leading national or international law firm
Strong technical knowledge in property law
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to lead on high-value transactions
Strong academic background (2:1 or above)
Completed training contract with a recognised commercial law firm
Proactive and commercially astute mindset
