Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Advisor to join our Advisory & Transactions team, supporting the planning, procurement and commercial delivery of major infrastructure programs across Australia. This is a key role in our already established and successful team—ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex commercial problems, managing stakeholders with confidence, and delivering advice that adds genuine value.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead complex transaction workstreams
  • Provide clear commercial and procurement advice to government and private clients
  • Help shape transaction strategies, evaluation frameworks and delivery models
  • Guide clients through critical decision points
  • Develop high-quality documentation (EOIs, RFTs, evaluation plans, commercial positions)
  • Ensure transactions are aligned, structured and ready for market

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in infrastructure advisory, commercial, procurement or transaction management—either from consulting, government, or a major project environment
  • Strong capability in transaction strategy, procurement planning and commercial advisory
  • Proven experience developing transaction documentation and managing competitive procurement processes
  • The ability to translate complexity into clear, practical advice for clients
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with senior decision-makers
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
  • Possess a degree qualification, underpinning knowledge and skills
