Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a leading financial advisory firm specializing in transaction advisory, due diligence, investment banking, and risk mitigation who is searching for a Senior Associate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements across private equity, lenders, and corporate clients
  • Perform quality of earnings (QoE) and financial analysis, including: Income statement & balance sheet analysis, Cash flow reconciliation, Data room and request list management
  • Analyze target company financials to assess risks, opportunities, and purchase price impacts
  • Assist in preparing client-ready reports and deliverables
  • Partner closely with engagement leads and cross-functional TAS teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred)
  • 2+–4 years of experience in public accounting, Big 4 highly preferred
  • CPA (preferred)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight deadlines
