Senior Associate Technical Architect

• Consult with clients to create strategies and designs that meet their needs
• Develop less complex solution architectures within specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas
• Provide multi-technology consulting on application software, infrastructure, and technology components
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand client requirements, gather data, and provide analysis and problem resolution
• Keep an eye on the external environment to gather insights on emerging technologies
• Use knowledge to drive innovation
• Support change programs or projects through the preparation of technical plans
• Adhere to design principles that comply with enterprise and solution architecture standards
• Create relevant reports and technology roadmaps
• Design components using the right modeling techniques
• Manage proof-of-concept initiatives
• Create multiple design views to cater to different stakeholders' concerns
• Review, verify, and refine designs against specifications
• Contribute knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs
• Assist in defining meta-architectural designs for less complex or smaller solutions
• Help shape new go-to-market services
• Share knowledge with the team regarding relevant verticals

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting and multi-vendor service integrations
• Moderate level of professional experience in technical, IT, or operations within a large-scale technology services environment
• Developing knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs
• Developing knowledge of infrastructure and application software deployment methodologies and frameworks
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities
• Ability to learn new concepts and apply them effectively
• Good client service orientation
