Job Responsibility:
Drafts and post job advertisements for the roles across client's organization on various job boards, social media, and company websites to reach a diverse pool of candidates
Manages recruitment-related administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence
Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers and takes initiatives to improve the operational administrative processes
Assists in preparing client proposals, presentations, and recruitment report to ensure consultants have all necessary materials for client meetings
Maintains accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support the staffing process
Manages and processes all incoming applications, ensuring accurate Digital into the applicant tracking system (ATS) and appropriate categorization for talents
Tracks recruitment-related expenses, including advertising costs and candidate testing fees, and report them to finance for budget monitoring
