This role is responsible for proactively building and maintaining pipelines of top-tier talent across key business areas while aligning deeply with hiring managers and commercial priorities. This role is best suited for an experienced recruiter who thrives on driving sourcing strategies for complex and high-impact roles, and who can balance execution with stakeholder influence. You will be a key contributor to the company’s talent strategy by delivering exceptional candidate experiences and helping build high-performing, inclusive teams.
Job Responsibility:
Partnering closely with recruiters and HM’s to understand business and talent needs and hiring priorities
Executing direct sourcing strategies for high-impact roles across wealth management, investment, and corporate
Engaging and cultivating relationships with passive talent, creating long-term interest pipelines
Collaborating across the HR team to align sourcing practices with broader workforce strategies
Analyzing and sharing market trends and competitor insights
Requirements:
8+ years of relevant experience in sourcing or recruiting, with experience specifically in Wealth Management
Demonstrated success aligning sourcing strategies with business priorities in high-performance environments
Strong commercial awareness coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques
