Join us to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations - Growth to join our team. You'll collaborate with fellow high-performing contributors with dynamic backgrounds to develop and execute strategies that will drive Neo’s growth. Our Growth team sits at the nexus of the company, working closely with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance teams to identify the largest opportunities for our business and develop plans against them.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop business cases for new initiatives, features, and products
  • thinking through opportunities from a customer, financial, operational, and partnership lens
  • Drive a pillar of Neo’s strategic roadmap focused on driving customer growth through customer engagement, retention, and referrals
  • Own the collection, analysis and interpretation of data to provide actionable solutions and recommendations
  • Work closely with the FP&A team to ensure Neo’s financial forecast, P&Ls and roadmap are aligned
  • Assist decision-making through the application of data-driven analysis, research and business judgment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, internal strategy role, private equity or investment banking
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on process rigor
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen, proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in rapidly changing landscapes with high levels of autonomy and ambiguity
  • Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Experience with additional analytical tools (SQL/Python/BI platforms)
  • Previous experience working at a startup
