Senior Associate Solicitor

• Advise on a broad spectrum of banking and finance matters including syndicated and bilateral lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and corporate finance
• Manage transactions end-to-end, including drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documentation, and intercreditor arrangements
• Mentor junior team members
• Support business development efforts
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, corporate clients, and other stakeholders involved in the banking and finance sector

• A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience as a solicitor in England & Wales, with a strong focus on banking and finance law
• Proven experience advising both borrowers and lenders on complex financing arrangements
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in relation to loan and security documents
• A commercial mindset and the ability to work efficiently on high-value, time-sensitive transactions
• A collaborative approach with a passion for developing both client relationships and junior colleagues
• Exposure to leveraged finance and/or real estate finance will be beneficial
