The Senior Associate SAP Architecture Consultant is a developing expert who is responsible for assisting clients with their information technology environments, focusing on SAP solutions, particularly in HCM.
Job Responsibility:
Assists with the development of architectural approach for one or more layers of a solution
Supports the investigation, planning, coordination, and preparation of feasibility studies relative to new computer-based systems and modifications to existing systems
Develops knowledge by monitor industry publications and electronic information
Develops strong knowledge base specific to a particular domain
Conducts technology related assessments
Maintains relevant documentation and supports the pre-sales process
Supports client engagements and sells solutions and services
Assists with the continuous improvement of internal tools and methods
Drives business development processes, including opportunity identification, presales, scoping, deal closing and driving delivery
Applies design principal methodologies in order to perform a detailed analysis of the client’s requirements
Supports the creation of strategies that define meta-architectural designs for complex solutions
Supports the evaluation of relevant information technology architecture
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field
Relevant SAP Certifications primarily on HCM – Human Capital Management
Moderate level experience in a similar role (2 years +)
Moderate level multi-technology infrastructure design experience for SAP solutions with a focus on HCM
Moderate knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits)
Proficiency in ABAP programming
Intermediate level understanding of SAP technical architecture
Moderate understanding of HR business processes
Good working knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
Excellent understanding of multi-technology infrastructure design couple with strategic thinking ability
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of systems, software and programing languages
Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically
Excellent client service orientation
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
Able to contribute information on relevant vertical markets
Continuously learning, keeping up to date on developments in specific technology domains
