Job Description:

The Senior Associate, Revenue Strategy, is a pivotal role within our North American SME Sales team, driving go-to-market strategies for our US and Canada businesses. We're seeking a self-motivated individual who will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to implement high-impact initiatives that accelerate our revenue growth. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead go-to-market strategy: Identify, prioritize, and size key verticals to ensure optimal product-market fit in emerging market
  • Drive go-to-market experiments: Leverage data and business acumen to conduct experiments that enhance revenue efficiency
  • Identify product needs: Conduct research to gather customer feedback and drive stronger product-market fit in our core market
  • Project manage: Own projects from start to finish, collaborating with local and international cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives
  • Influence and collaborate: Serve as a strategic business partner to commercial teams and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in top-tier strategy/management consulting
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively connecting with people at all levels and conveying project expectations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can navigate ambiguity and change
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to address challenges with limited oversight
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization and globally
  • Ambitious and excited to contribute to Airwallex's growth in various geographies and product lines
