The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work across digital, social, and physical channels to engage new and existing customers, while building and amplifying cafés within our network. Reporting to the Bank’s Senior Manager of Retail Marketing, this Senior Associate of Retail Marketing Engagement is a key member of the Bank’s Integrated Marketing team, will be part of a high-performing marketing team dedicated to amplify our brand, drive awareness and deepen customer engagement. Job Responsibility:
Shepherd multiple marketing creative projects at once from brief to execution while ensuring strategic intent aligns with execution at every step
Support the local marketing ecosystem including café-specific web pages, local listings, and event pages to ensure accuracy, discoverability, and relevance
Develop ATM marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, in-store engagement and product consideration
Implement local advertising campaigns under a testing environment to uncover business and marketing opportunities
Utilize problem-solving and influencing skills to help ensure marketing initiatives deliver on intent
Partner closely with creative, digital, and operations to bring campaigns to life
Support projects based on defined priorities
help ensure scope of deliverables, timelines, and budget are met
identify and escalate risks and issues as needed to manager and project lead
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
Efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources across multiple projects
Consistently managing leadership expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and scopes—organization and attention to detail is essential
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 2 years of experience in brand strategy or marketing
At least 2 years of experience in partnering with creative teams
At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns
Nice to have:
3+ years of experience in marketing strategy
3+ years of experience driving creative strategy and marketing testing plans
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
