Job Description:

To manage Insurance Repair claims and ensure our Builders and Trades meet required claim KPI’s including timelines, cost, customer service and scope accuracy. The key focus of the team is Performance, Relationship between the building/ trade partners and Allianz Partners.

Job Responsibility:

Manage Insurance Repair claims
Ensure Builders and Trades meet required claim KPI’s
Handle and resolve complaints
Monitor repair costs
Coach builders in report writing
Ensure Builders meet the required service levels
Provide regular reports on provider performance
Provide honest and fair assessment of status of workload to management

Requirements:

Property Claims experience
Demonstrate strong customer focus
Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
Communication Skills
Background in property Claims management and desktop assessing
Understanding of ability manage WHS requirements in the building industry
Professional Approach
Professional presentation
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
